What is your minimum order?
Most apparel items have a minimum of 24 pieces. It will depend on the item and customization process but consider as the quantity increases, the price per piece will be lower. Email us with more details about your project and our team of experts will be able to guide you in the right direction.
What is your turnaround time? My event is next week.
Our production is done in-house, so we many times we can accommodate a quick turnaround time. Most garment printing and embroidery jobs can be completed in less than a week. For shorter than 5 days projects there may be an additional charge for a rush order. Give us a call and let's work your timeline.
I need help finding items for our national trade show. Do you help find product, or do I have to find them myself? It all seems overwhelming!
We get it, there is a lot out there and your time should be spent preparing for your event and not searching endless sites. We've built a team specialized in AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE that can narrow your search and find your desired product. We work with thousands of suppliers and keep updated information of the promotional product network to provide you with fresh ideas!
Do you have safety or specialty apparel?
You bet! In addition to normal workwear and everyday apparel, we are partnered with suppliers to provide our clients with specialty apparel such as Fire-Resistant or Fire-Retardant clothing, gloves, masks, rip-stop clothing, hi-viz apparel, and safety vests.
We want to make it so that employees can order their own apparel.
We offer company stores that can be configured to meet your company's specific needs, and allow employees the flexibility to order what they need. It alleviates the hassle of compiling orders, checking order status individually, and constantly following up with each part of the ordering process.

ART
What type of art do you need if I already have a logo?
Vectorized artwork (usually Adobe Illustrator, or Corel Draw) is always recommended for optimal printing. Make sure to convert all text and lines to outlines. To give you an idea of what a vectorized artwork is lets breakdown between raster images and vector images.
Raster images are better known as bitmap images. Bitmap images use a grid of individual pixels, each of which can be a different color or shade.
File types like .jpg .gif .png .tif .bmp are raster images. If raster files are applicable for your project, make sure the artwork is set at 300dpi or higher.
Vector images use x and y coordinates to create shapes with points and lines, making it possible to zoom way in our scale way up without sacrificing image quality.
File types like .ai .cdr .eps .pdf .ps .wmf are often, but not always vector-based.
Note: Changing the file name to an .eps/.ai/.pdf/etc. extension does not change the file type.
Do you keep my art on file in case I need to reorder?
We DO keep your art, however, depending on your customization method most of our products will require a setup or reset charge applied.
Get in touch with your assigned representative, as larger orders might be able to waive your setup costs.
I need help with my design, do you offer art services?
We offer a broad range of art services and will be happy to work with your logo to create the perfect promotional piece for you. In other instances, whether you are just starting out and need a logo built from scratch, been in business for a long time and need an updated version, or rebranding, our team of experts can point you in the right direction!
