What are the minimum order quantities for custom apparel decoration?
Minimum order quantities vary based on the specific decoration technique and production setup required:
- Embroidery & Headwear: Starts at a low 12-piece minimum.
- DTF (Direct-to-Film Digital): Ideal for smaller, high-detail runs starting at 12 pieces.
- Traditional Screen Printing: Best suited for higher volumes, with setup-efficient runs starting at 48+ pieces.
Can I mix and match sizes, garment colors, or styles to meet the minimum?
Yes! As long as the logo artwork, decoration method, and imprint location remain identical, you can combine different garment sizes, color options, and men’s or women’s cuts to hit order minimum thresholds without incurring extra setup fees.
What artwork file formats do I need to provide for logo decoration?
For the crispest reproduction, we prefer vector files (such as .AI, .EPS, or editable vector .PDF with text converted to outlines). High-resolution .PNG files (300 DPI) are also accepted for certain printing methods. If you only have low-res files or need a logo tweaked, our in-house graphic design team can vectorize and prepare your art for production.
Do I get to see a proof before production begins?
Always. We issue a digital proof detailing design placement, scale, thread/ink colors, and garment specs for every order. Decoration and production begin only after you review and provide explicit digital sign-off.
Can you ship custom merchandise and swag directly to remote employees?
Yes. QuickStitch Plus provides comprehensive corporate kitting and drop-shipping logistics. Instead of sending bulk freight to your headquarters, we can individually pack custom new-hire welcome kits, uniforms, or promotional packages and ship them directly to your employee or client doorsteps nationwide.

We build, host, and manage turnkey online storefronts tailored for corporate employee apparel programs, team pop-up shops, or events. We manage the entire lifecycle—from store setup and payment collection to individual order fulfillment and direct shipping.

To guarantee quality control, and garment compatibility under heat press or high-speed stitching machines, we source blanks through our catalog of wholesale partners. We do not decorate products that are supplied to us.
What payment terms do you offer, and do you accept corporate Purchase Orders (POs)?
We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and corporate checks. For qualifying corporate accounts, educational institutions, and government entities, we offer Net-30 payment terms and official Purchase Order (PO) invoicing upon credit application review.
