WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER?

It depends on the item and the customization process.  Most apparel items are available in minimums as low as 12 pieces.  Email your request to us and we will provide more information.  ​

​​What type of art do you need if I already have a logo?

When it comes to imprint for apparel, the type of artwork files accepted will vary depending on the product(s) ordered. 
Vectorized artwork is always recommended for optimal printing. Make sure to convert all text to outlines/paths prior to sending us your artwork files.
For certain products, rasterized artwork may be accepted as well. The resolution for rasterized artwork should be set at 300 dpi or higher. We will not be responsible for the quality of printing of low resolution artwork.

 I need help designing my art.  Do you offer art services?

We offer a broad range of art services and will be happy to work with your logo to create the perfect promotional piece for you. ​

​Do you create logos?

​Yes! Whether you are just starting out and need a logo built from scratch, been in business for a long time and need an updated version, or rebranding, we can help you design your perfect logo.

​What is your turnaround time?  My event is next week

​Many times we can accommodate a quick turnaround time, and most garment printing and embroidery jobs can also be completed in less than a week.  There may be an additional charge for a rush order, but it is best to call and find out.

Do you keep my art on file in case I need to reorder? ​

​We DO keep your art, however, each time you reorder, there is a setup charge for most products.  If the quantities are large enough, we may be able to waive your setup.

I need help finding items for our national trade show.  Do you help find product, or do I have to find them myself?  It all seems overwhelming! ​

Which Method Should You Choose?

Screen Printing: The Bulk Powerhouse
The industry standard for large-scale production. We use high-quality inks pushed through fine mesh screens for a finish that stands the test of time.

• Best for: High-volume orders of 48 pieces or more.
• Pro Tip: This is the most cost-effective way to get your price-per-shirt down on large runs.

DTF (Direct-to-Film): The Full-Color Specialist
A modern digital process where designs are printed onto a film and heat-applied. It captures incredible detail that traditional methods can't match.

• Best for: Small to mid-sized runs, complex multi-color artwork, or photography.
• Durability: Highly resilient and flexible, tested to last up to 50 wash cycles.
• Pro Tip: With low setup costs, this is the go-to for vibrant designs on any fabric type.

Embroidery: The Premium Standard
Your logo is digitally "digitized" into a stitch pattern and sewn directly into the fabric for a classic, sophisticated look.

• Best for: Corporate polos, hats, outerwear, and professional uniforms.
• Pro Tip: Because the design is sewn into the garment, it is the most durable decoration method available.
