Frequently Asked Questions

Get clear, direct answers about our custom apparel decoration and managed corporate store solutions.

What is the standard turnaround time for custom apparel orders?

Our standard turnaround time is 7 to 10 business days from the date of final digital artwork approval. For time-sensitive corporate events or tight schedules, rush production and expedited shipping options are available—please contact our team directly to verify immediate production capacity.

What are the minimum order quantities for embroidery and printing?

Our minimum order quantity is 12 pieces for most standard custom apparel lines, including embroidered polo shirts, corporate jackets, hats, and screen-printed tees. This structural minimum allows us to maintain strict setup standards and deliver high-tier quality across every run.

Can you ship custom merchandise and swag directly to remote employees?

Yes. QuickStitch Plus provides comprehensive hands-free corporate kitting and drop-shipping logistics. Instead of sending bulk freight to your headquarters, we can individually pack custom new-hire welcome kits, uniform setups, or promotional packages and ship them directly to your employee or client doorsteps nationwide.

Does QuickStitch Plus fulfill corporate diversity spending metrics?

Yes. As a family-run, WBENC-certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprise and a Certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) based in Columbus, Ohio, our operations allow mid-market and enterprise procurement departments to seamlessly satisfy and track tier-1 or tier-2 diversity spend credits.

Choosing the Right Method: DTF vs. Screen Printing vs. Embroidery

Which Method Should You Choose?

Screen Printing: The Bulk Powerhouse
The industry standard for large-scale production. We use high-quality inks pushed through fine mesh screens for a finish that stands the test of time.
  • Best for: High-volume orders of 48 pieces or more.
  • Pro Tip: This is the most cost-effective way to get your price-per-shirt down on large runs.

DTF (Direct-to-Film): The Full-Color Specialist
A modern digital process where designs are printed onto a film and heat-applied. It captures incredible detail that traditional methods can't match.
  • Best for: Small to mid-sized runs, complex multi-color artwork, or photography.
  • Durability: Highly resilient and flexible, tested to last up to 50 wash cycles.
  • Pro Tip: With low setup costs, this is the go-to for vibrant designs on any fabric type.

Embroidery: The Premium Standard
Your logo is digitally "digitized" into a stitch pattern and sewn directly into the fabric for a classic, sophisticated look.
  • Best for: Corporate polos, hats, outerwear, and professional uniforms.
  • Pro Tip: Because the design is sewn into the garment, it is the most durable decoration method available.
